Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities of being a Sugar Town Organics Hair Care or Skin Care Brand Ambassador

As a brand ambassador for our hair care brand Yaphene or our luxury skincare line Marapa, you will promote your chosen brand throughout your community and social media platforms. You’ll provide us with photos and videos of you using the products in every aspect of your life. We want you to share your inspirations and enthusiasm with our growing and like-minded community.

The Sugar Town Organics brand ambassadors are expected to participate in actively marketing our brand online. This entails generating online content on your blog and social media platforms.

As an ambassador, it’s also important to be knowledgeable about our the brands (Yaphene and/or Marapa) in every aspect – from sharing details of specific brand items to simply spreading the word.

Here are the specifics of our online marketing requirements:

Post at least 1 quality photo or video of you using (Yaphene/Marapa) products, product testimonial ad engagement on your social media platforms at least every other week. Remember, visual context and quality of content are incredibly important… this will increase the power of promotion and help drive the earnings you will receive!
Remain respectful and endorse Sugar Town Organics and its brands (Yaphene/Marapa) in a positive way with inspirational content.
Include links to our website, social media and share information about Sugar Town Organics.
Add (@Yaphene/@Marapa Ambassador) to your bio along with the personalized discount Code provided to you.
Receive a gift card.
Once any customer order/purchases using your code; you automatically earn a 10% commission
Brand Ambassador Length of Agreement – minimum of 6 months ( Can be extended)
Engage with us on social media regularly (like, comment, share posts of interest to your followers)

Once you post about our products on your social media, this will give customers an extra 10% off our products. Anytime someone purchases with your code; you will receive a 10% commission.

Brand Ambassadors will receive a 20% discount when they purchase our products. No commission on your own purchases.

How to Become an Brand Ambassador for Yaphene or Marapa

We choose ambassadors based on your enthusiasm and community engagement, both locally and virtually. Writing, photography and social media skills are important, but above all we’re looking for inspiration and active involvement! Your job as an ambassador is simple: to passionately represent healthy skin and hair over the 6 months of your ambassadorship.

You must have an active and strong presence on social media that follows you.
You must include direct links to your social sites. (FB, IG, YouTube, Pinterest)

Terms of Agreement

Please note that Sugar Town Organics reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice if the brand ambassador does not adhere to all the rules stated above, or if fraud or abuse is detected.
All confidential information, including, but not limited to, any business, customer information, logos, images, trademarks disclosed by one party to the other during the effective term of this Agreement will remain the sole property of the disclosing party and should be kept in confidence. No proprietary information can be disclosed without express written permission of the disclosing party.
Brand Ambassadors may not use Sugar Town Organics nor any of its brands logos, images or other website/branding imagery in a way that is detrimental to the company
Brand Ambassadors may not use Sugar Town Organics nor any of its brands logos, images or other website/branding imagery for any other brand/company.
